YM302 is the first device featuring our newly developed Linux streaming platform, optimized for simplified and faster controls, putting higher emphasis on the remote operations thanks to the full integration of Tidal Connect, Qobuz Connect, Apple Music* (Limited Support) and ROON Ready Certification.
USB port and SSD slot are prepared for gapless local playback of all types of Hi-Res files, with the Eddict Controller app for Android / iOS / iPad acting as the playback controller. And the industry standard support of DLNA and AirPlay 2 will take care of any other playback scenarios.
Built-in High-Fidelity DAC
Designed as a Multifunctional Music Source, YM302 comes with its own DAC and can be used directly with a power amplifier or active speakers for an excellent simplified setup. Utilizing the latest generation of Japanese AKM DACs, adapting the recently released AKM AK4497S DAC, a perfect choice for both YBA tuning and highly accurate sound reproduction. Paired with dedicated 45.1584/49.152 MHz oscillator clocks for the most accurate signal processing with reduced jitter and with full support of Hi-Res Audio playback up to PCM 768kHz and DSD512.
Extra Large Screen, Same Compact Size
The front of YM302 features our biggest 8.8-Inch touchscreen, providing crystal clear information on current playback and serving for quick on-device access to playback controls and a range of basic settings. Yet fitted into the same robust CNC-machined aluminium body as our other Design models, reducing needed space and making YM302 ideal for desktop rigs or any dimension-limited Hi-fi racks.
